Wish her luck!!

Tonight Katia is going to Colwyn Bay (about an hour from here) to compete in the long jump in the North Wales final. She hasn't really been able to practice much - just a bit on the beach and she's only had 6 jumps ever on a "real" long jump pit - 3 jumps in her first event in Porthmadog and 3 jumps at the last event in Bangor!! We're not going to hold our breath for a top result since she will be competing against kids that have much better access to the facilities and have been able to practice - but Katia is looking forward to competing nonetheless!
