Great day!

We had an absolutely fantastic day yesterday! For once, BOTH Martin and I were off work all day - even though the restaurant was open for both lunch and dinner. We were invited to spend the day on a friend's speedboat (very nice, very big!). We were out at sea from around noon until 6:30 - and we were joined by more friends so there was 4 boats in all; 5 kids and 8 adults. Some went waterskiing and wakeboarding and the kids were pulled round on the big inflatable "biscuit" - they had a blast! I sat on my bum sipping wine and soaking up the sun - and at the end of the day we went for a little tour out to the west coast to St. Tudwal's Islands and spotted two seals bathing in the sun. They must be used to spectators as they made no attempt to move as we approached.

Then we picked up a Bangladeshi takeaway (tasty!) before heading home. It was a fab day - though I dare say felt a bit as though I was enjoying life how the other half lives!
