Back home.....

Well, we got home from Canada on Saturday afternoon. We had an excellent time; the weather was perfect (a bit hot maybe, but I'm not complaining) and we kept very busy with local events and visits with friends and family - though we never seem to be able to fit in enough! Three weeks seems like a long trip, but it goes by really quickly. During the last week we visited a few showhomes and newly developed neighborhoods. Katia has decided she's found our next house (the one we saw had an even nicer finish than the one shown here). I have to admit, I couldn't find fault with this house at all - I love the layout and it's big enough that we'll have plenty of room for all those visitors we fully anticipate getting once we've moved to Canada. Of course, it's all a bit of a pipedream at the moment anyway; we haven't had even one inquiry about the restaurant, though it's not the best time of year to try to sell. Hopefully we'll have some legitimate interest in the winter or spring.
